Consent Agenda
Award of contract to install new chiller at Bennett Civic Center Library
Request by engineering to pay for removal and installation of streetlights at new Senior Center
Settlement request from law department
Second reading was given for a code amendment to the Senior Citizens Housing Tax Exemption. This relates to the PILOT program for 77 affordable, independent senior housing units at the Mother House of the Felician Sisters.
The lot split request for parcel at 8 Mile between 275 and Newburgh was denied at a previous meeting but was reintroduced and passed.
