Request to approve purchase of property owned by Livonia Public Schools for new Senior Center next to Livonia Recreation Center for $415k

The waiver use transfer request by Elite Foot Spa (new ownership) was approved by a 5 to 1 vote.

Two items were put into the Committee of the Whole. The matter of Noble/Sheldon Park and the matter of updating the city’s civil rights ordinance.

Request to waive the city’s noise ordinance for St. Rafka Church festival August 9th – 11th

Purchase requests by DPW for water meters and trucks

Contract amendment with OHM

The Basilica of St. Mary Church request to waive the noise ordinance for the annual festival, August 15th – 18th put on regular agenda (due to a Council recusal).

Request to recognize Akanebashi Foundation as a non-profit was put on the regular agenda (due to a Council recusal).

Request to waive the sidewalk requirement for four homes at Fairlane Avenue was put on regular.

Request to waive formal bidding process for a roads project was put on regular due to size of contract.
