This spring the The Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM) looks forward to opening a new community center in Livonia at the site of the former Camelot Hall. The organization will offer services for seniors and their caregivers – including respite care – and outpatient behavioral health services for all ages in partnership with Trinity Health/St. Mary’s. DRMM also plans to offer age inclusive activities to bring seniors and youth together.
Additionally, the DRMM plans to hire a resource officer from the LPD with funds obtained from a $2 million grant.
Detroit Rescue Mission has been providing services to residents of metro Detroit for over 100 years and has over a dozen locations across the area. This year, DRMM is opening new service centers in Livonia and Wyandotte. Learn more: https://drmm.org
