• Rezoning request submitted by Schoolcraft College for 17950 College Parkway (Formerly Unit 15 of College Park Condominium).
• Waver petition to demolish Doughboy Donuts and expand Lafontaine Hyundai of Livonia

Rezoning request by Middlebelt Plymouth Venture L.L.C., to rezone 9707 & 30273 Plymouth Road from General Business to Neighborhood Multifamily was approved 4-3.

The following was added to the next regular agenda:

• A resolution declaring April 29 as Arbor Day. Livonia will commemorate this at 2:30pm at Coolidge Elementary School.
