- Farm to Fork: Taste the Change at Greenmead Historical Park at 6pm. “How to Eat Locally”: Learn simple, realistic ways to bring more local food to your everyday meals. We’ll cover which foods are in season and how to cook with them. You’ll also get tips on seasonal food resources that help you familiarize yourself with local foods in southeast Michigan through the year. You’ll also get meal planning tips and a few recipes.
