• Minutes & Consent agenda
• Ordinance change to streamline agenda through Council office
• Request for a closed committee of the whole for pending litigation – USDC Case No. 2:25-cv-11720

The subject of updating the fee structure for Councilmembers to hold outreach events was sent to the Law and Education Committee.

The following items were put on the consent agenda:

• Purchase request (budgeted funds) by LPD for Flock Safety Cameras and Software
• Purchase request (budgeted funds) by LPD for two vehicle replacements
• Purchase request (budgeted funds) by Parks and Rec for uniform clothing
• DPW request for building maintenance system contract; paid for with grant funding.

Requests by Civil Service for not-to-exceed contracts with Empco testing company was put on regular agenda.
