Rezoning and site plan approval to construct an office at

Cable franchise agreement between the city of Livonia and Spectrum Mid-America

The following items were put on the consent agenda:

Request to extend one-year agreement with Calhoun County Sheriff’s office to house Livonia’s prisoners

Various block party requests

Dues-related expendature request to join Western Wayne County Fire Department Mutual Aid Association for five years

Reappointment of Tim Klisz to Zoning Board of Appeals

Request to waive the noise ordinance in conjunction with the Rosedale Gardens 100th birthday party on June 21 from 4 PM to 9 PM

Request by Parlor Doughnuts to redevelop 29195 through 29215 Plymouth Road

Approval of the Community Block Development Grant 2025 Action Plan

Request to release capital approvement bonds to construct Newburgh Village II
