The administration presented a restructuring of the Finance Department, this realignment creates a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) position and puts the Department of Information System under the Director of Finance and establishes a Capital Planning Manager position that falls under the direction of the CFO. A organization chart will be made available to the public. This restructuing is expected to be cost-neutral but could potentially add $10,000 in expenditures. The CFO is an appointed position and would replace the previouly approved (but never filled) appointed position of Director of Capital Improvement (that would now be a manager position).
