- Rock, Mineral & Fossil Auction @ Schoolcraft College VistaTech Center from 11am to 6pm. Free admission and family friendly
- Livonia Community Theatre presents The Musical of Musicals (The Musical!) at Rosedale Gardens Presbyterian Church at 7:30pm. Tickets are $15 per person and are available online or at the door.
- Churchill CAPA presents The Phantom of the Opera. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online or at the door. Performance at 7pm
- Mark Dvorak w/ Beverly Meyer @ Trinity House Theatre from 8pm to 10:15pm. Tickets $20
Sunday, March 2nd
- Celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday at the Kirksey Recreation Center on Sunday. Kids ages 4 to 10 can play, do crafts, eat snacks and listen to stories. $13 for rec members or $15 for non-member residents

- Teen Volunteer Council Meeting @ Sandburg Library at 5pm. The goal of the TVC is to help members take an active role in creating a welcoming environment for teens at the library.
- Comedy Night @ Supernatural Brewing at 7:30pm. Ticket are only $10

- Stories, Snacks, & Crafts! – Perfectly Popped @ Greenmead Historical Park from 2pm to 3:30pm. Cost is $10 and program designed for kids 4 to 10

- Someone Special Dance @ Senior Center from 2pm to 4pm. Bring your child or grandchild for a special dance party. Cost is $12 per person

- Garden Lecture Series – Seeds Close Up @ Greenmead Historical Park from 6:30pm to 8pm. A gardener can get a greater range of varieties by planting seeds, but should we and how should we save seeds? What are hybrids or heirlooms? These and many more questions will be answered in this program presented by Carol Brodbeck. Free community program

Wednesday, March 12th
- City Council has a Capital Outlay and Infrastructure Meeting that will discuss the future of Livonia’s City Center in the auditorium at City Hall at 7pm.
- Teens’ St. Patrick’s Day Desserts @ Civic Center Library from 7pm to 8pm. Teens! Join us as we make Bread Pudding in a Mug and enjoy Irish Creme flavored cocoa or coffee. Participants should bring one extra-large microwaveable mug.

- American Association of University Women (AAUW) March Meeting @ Emmanuel Lutheran Church at 1pm. Fantastic Females VI, spearheaded by Judi Kulchar, is a fan-favorite program. Travel through time and learn about historical women of the ages.
- STEM Jr. @ Sandburg Library at 4:30pm. Ages 9-12. Hands-on exploration of various science concepts. There will be explosions!

- History Lecture Series/ Pathways to Freedom – “Shall A Woman’s Voice Be Silenced?” Harriet De Garmo Fuller, Livonia’s Most Radical Abolitionist Woman @ Greenmead from 6:30pm to 8pm. This program is part three of the Pathways to Freedom Series, sponsored by Livonia Libraries and Livonia Parks and Recreation

Thursday, March 27th
- Spring Fever Hike @ Nankin Mills Interpretive Center from 9:30am to 11:30am. Participate in an interactive presentation on what signs to look for. Then join us for a hike and help look for signs of spring. Hike will be up to one mile, parts of the trail are dirt and may be slippery. Cost $5 per person.
- Livonia Kiwanis hosts Samaritas Family Center for a conversation about housing needs in our community from 5:30pm to 6:30pm

- Dungeons, Dragons and Ecology @ Nankin Mills Interpretive Center from 6pm to 7pm. $5 per person (for individuals ages 13+)

- Assembly Required @ Greenmead is a 500 piece puzzle competition from 1pm to 4pm. $24 per team of up to 4 memebrs
