During Council remarks, Councilwoman Toy referred the subject of limiting gas stations in Livonia to the Committee of the Whole and the subject of Newburgh Village 2 to the Senior Citizens, Families and Environments committee. A memo from the administration on the subject of the Noble building was also discussed by multiple members of Council (there was no update on the building and no action was taken).

- Development request by Livonia Gas Mart (Plymouth and Merriman)
- IT Consulting Contract
- Waiver for Schostak Brothers and Company for development at Farmington and 7 Mile that will allow the Meijer to be complete before the townhomes with an assurity agreement with the city
- Acceptance of easements for multiple properties
2nd read was given for a resident request to vacate portions of an existing storm drainage easement at 18586 Comstock

- Reappointment of William Tancill to the Livonia Board of Review
- Reappointment of Richard McDowell to Livonia Board of Ethics
- Resolution to proclaim Friday, April 25th Arbor Day (to be celebrated at Livonia Early Childhood Center)
- Award bid for custodial supplies
- Bid waiver request for vendors for DPW equipment maintenance (DPW is in the process of interviewing mechanics and that would defer some of this spending)
- Purchase for Backhoe2025 Sidewalk Repair Program proposal (554 locations throughout the city)
- Multiple contract requests related to the road repair program; this work is funded by the Roads Millage
- New traffic light at Levan and 5 Mile to be purchased in partnership with Wayne County
