City Council held a Capital Outlay and Infrastructure Committee on Wednesday, February 5th to discuss plans for the City Center and provide an update on the Senior Center.

City Center: The administration presented three options for a footprint for the corner of 5 Mile and Farmington (no costs were presented for the proposal at this meeting). More details on the site proposal will be presented at the next committee meeting on March 12th. The administration plans to bring ballot language to Council in April for a proposed millage that would fund investment in public safety (police and fire) and the City Center.

Senior Center Update: The Senior Center project is on pace to be completed by the end of 2025. Updated renderings are available at livoniabuilt.org
