At the February 4th Planning Commission meeting, Eman Enterprises LLC requested a waiver to redevelop an existing commercial site (27819 Plymouth Road, former site of Mickey Shorr), to include service bays, renovating the interior and exterior of the building and operating an automobile repair facility. It moved forward with an approving motion and will go before City Council.
