The following items were approved:

• Brownfield request for the development at 7 and Victor Parkway (100 townhome development) was approved – the next step is a site plan
• Rezoning Request from Sheetz at 37355 Eight Mile Road was denied
• Rate increase for student substitute librarians
• The following items were given a first read
• Vacating portions of an existing storm drainage easement at 18568 Comstock
