The following items were approved:

• Minutes & Consent Agenda
• Lot split at 20100 Osmus (by Merriman and 8 Mile)
• Block Party
• Intergovernmental request for a new trailhead along 275 at Costco (no cost to city)
• Laura Toy to replace Brandon McCullough as Council representative on the Spree Committee

There was a read out of the September 18th Committee of the Whole (find link to meeting summary below). A motion was made for a formal report and recommendation from the administration regarding deer in Livonia and the Law Department was asked to draft a responsible contracting ordinance for Council to review in committee.

• Request to waive sidewalk
• Payment request by City Clerk to ElectionSource for services rendered
• Renewed contract with Employee Assistance Program
• Purchase requests by Police Department for replacement vehicles
• Contract to upgrade fueling station used by DPW, LPD and LFD
• 3 year snow removal contract
• Purchase request for a water repair van by DPW
• Contract for the Traffic Signal Optimization Project along Newburgh Rd

Lot split request at Newburgh Rd between 7 and 8 Mile was put on the regular

A request to approve a contract for the Portable Toilet Program was put on the regular to give DPW time to report on the number of ADA compliant stations that will be available
