The lot split request at 38449 Eight Mile Road that was previously denied was put forward for reconsideration at the next meeting.

Following new information that Priority Waste would not be including bulk pick up with the proposed contract, the matter of the solid waste/recycling contract remains in committee.

A first reading was given for a code amendment to the Senior Citizens Housing Tax Exemption. This relates to the PILOT program for 77 affordable, independent senior housing units at the Mother House of the Felician Sisters was put on the regular agenda for a first read. Contract to install a new air-cooled chiller at Civic Center/Bennett Library was put on regular. The exterior service line will be removed at the end of summer and the new unit will be installed at the end of November.
