On Monday, August 19th, City Council held a Committee of the Whole meeting for the development proposal at 7 and Farmington.

The project is moving forward with an approving motion with amendments to include trash bins, public art and shade trees at the pocket parks, and cart tech that keeps the carts on the property.

It will be voted on at the next meeting City Council meeting on Monday, August 26th at 7pm.

There was a lot of discussion about the type of display sign on the buidling over several meetings. Prior to this meeting, the developer introduced a reduced sign size that meets with the city ordinance and does not require a variance.
