- Breathe Yoga + Salt 5th Anniversary Celebration from 2pm to 5pm.
- Wayne County hosts Household Hazardous Waste Collection @ Wayne County Community College (9555 Haggerty Rd, Belleville) from 8am to 1pm.
Monday, April 8th
- Eclipse Party @ Greenmead Historical Park at 2pm. Witness the wonder of this celestial event with safe viewing methods, snacks, and solar-themed activities – for kids ages 8 to 14. Viewing glasses will be provided and advance registration is required and tickets are $15
Wednesday, April 10th
- Coffee, Cocoa and Coloring @ Civic Center Library from 6:30pm to 8pm. Enjoy an evening of relaxation time as we color and enjoy coffee or cocoa.
Thursday, April 11th
- Chess Club @ Sandburg Library from 4pm to 5:30pm. Drop in chess club is for kids in grades 5th to 12th.

- Stevenson High School presents Little Women: The Musical. Friday, April 12, and Saturday, April 13, at 7pm and a Sunday matinee on April 14 at 1pm. Tickets are $15

- Coffee Hour with Councilwoman Carrie Budzinski @ Civic Center Library at 11am. Topic is Recycling with Victoria Czapski from GFL Environmental and Greenleaf Commission Chair Jim Baringhaus.
- Different Abilities Fair For Familes @ Civic Center Library from 11am to 1pm. Local organizations will provide services and resources to children and adults with disabilities.
Sunday, April 14th
- National Gardening Day @ Kirksey Recreation Center from 1pm to 3pm. Make fairy houses to create a fairy garden this spring. The cost per member is $22, residents are $25. Best for ages 4 to 12
Monday, April 15th
- Crafts with Kristy @ Civic Center Library at 7pm. Create a work of art with random puzzle pieces. Adults only, registration required.

- Touch-A-Job @ Schoolcraft College’s Manufacturing and Engineering Center from 9am to 1pm. A FREE event open to middle and high school students. This event will offer a chance to explore counting, advanced manufacturing, computer aided design, electric vehicles & mobility, energy, robotics, welding, public safety and more through hands-on demonstrations.
- Earth Day @ Greenmead Historical Park with Dan the Creature Man from 10:30am to 12:30pm. For ages 3 and up. Tickets are $15
- Livonia Symphony Orchestra 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration @ Burton Manor starting at 5:30pm. Tickets are $50
