Unfinished business related to large dollar amount contracts related to concrete and sidewalk repair programs. These items were discussed at the Study meeting and deemed non-controversial but due to the size of the contracts, they were put on the regular agenda.

First read for a proposed amendment that will put the supervision of the Council Administrator under the City Council rather than City Clerk.

Council approved rules for the order in which Council members will appoint new members to the Zoning Board of Appeals.

The proposed restriction of gas stations to two at any intersection will go to the Planning Commission for a Public Hearing.

The matters of residential blight, vacant and abandoned fee schedule, and residential chickens will remain in committee.

The proposed contract with PCI Dailey for construction manager of the new Senior Center project was approved

The reinstatement of funds for the Government Affairs Director position was approved with a 5 to 2 vote
