• Water main replacement project contract amendment
• Appointment of Doris DeMarco as Deputy Clerk
• Release of bond for Washington Park Condominium
• Contract extension with Great Lakes Contracting for sidewalk and pavement replacement program

The following proposed ordinance changes were given first read

• Update to Livonia Code of Ordinances per diem language
• Rezone request from P-L to N2 for section of property owned by St. Mary’s Basilica

• Hourly rate increase for co-ops and seasonal clerks to meet new state minimum wage

• Award big to sole source provider for IT system
• Chlorine and fertilizer purchases by Department of Parks and Rec

Request by a resident to waive the driveway ordinance requirement was put on the regular agenda for the next meeting
