Vote.Run.Serve – Livonia is driven to inform the community on issues of public interest.

On Monday December 4th, Livonia City Council will consider a lawsuit settlement over the previously denied Wonderland Flats, the proposed new complex of 201 apartments located at 9707 and 30273 Plymouth Road.

As part of this settlement, the city would allow the development of a car wash and the Wonderland Flats apartments at the development site. No updated renderings or site plans are publicly available. The previous final rendering, provided at the March 23, 2022 meeting, is at the bottom of this post.

This agenda item joins other Regular Agenda items, including purchase requests, finalizing the name change of two city owned parks, and the selling of a city-owned house to a private resident.
