The proposed storage facility at Middlebelt in the multi-story building died. There was a split vote 3 – 3 and Councilman Morgan was absent. This item could be petitioned to Council by the developer.
The development proposal at Sunset and Fargo will go to the Committee of the Whole.
Council approved a request for an issuance of Water Supply and Wastewater System Revenue Bonds, Series 2023, in an amount not to exceed $6,500,000.

The following were approved for the consent agenda:
- Award contract for Livonia Transit software upgrade
Request by The Axe Parlor for a Tasting Room permit/Class C liquor license was put on regular, along with a distance waiver.
A development request for a Clean express Auto Wash at 34835 Plymouth Rd (former Burger King) was put on regular.
The Livonia Housing Commission received authorization to sell city-owned Community Block Grant Program properties. 1 of the 4 properties will be sold to a current tenant. It was clarified that after this approval, the Housing Commission will have 7 properties remaining with intent to sell. The funds that will be returned to CDBG will be used for maintenance/repairs at McNamara Towers.
